Ruben Martinez before launching ProBusiness Finance worked for Citibank, Banco Santander, HSBC and BankBoston in roles as diverse as cash management, product development, regional oversight, and global division management. With degrees in Engineering, Economics and a Postgraduate Certificate PGCert in Creation of Small Businesses, Ruben now applies his extensive experience in finance to serve the clients of ProBusiness Finance.

Ruben saw the need for specialized attention to small and medium-sized business. He is focusing his efforts and leveraging his experience in support of this segment. Ruben believes that alternative options for financial products along with adequate consulting services will be a winning model to support the businesses we serve to grow.

Tom is a former Regional Marketing Director at Wells Fargo where he wrote the book on business development, group sales, sponsorships and customer loyalty programs.  He has also served as CMO and Director of Business Development for a Denver-based Brokerage where he significantly increased their referral and lender networks and resulting fee income for the firm

Darrick is a former Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank. Managing a staff of over 300, he was seeing 80% of commercial loan applicants being turned down for credit. This experience inspired Darrick to open his own brokerage. His firm has now provided more than $500MM in closed deals for clients ranging from start-ups, to Fortune 1000 and Government entities.
